Enquiry / Booking:
We will check the availability with Namibia Wildlife Resorts and contact you
as soon as possible.
If the requested accommodation is not available, we will assist you to find alternative
accommodation in or outside the National Park.
Payments:
Your payment can be done by credit card (Visa/Master). The due date you will receive
with your confirmation.
Should we not receive your payment by due date, the booking will be cancelled
automatically by Namibia Wildlife Resorts.
For the bookings at Namibia Wildlife Resorts we charge
an additional once-off fee per camp of N$ 50,- for accommodation and N$ 100,-
for camp sites.
Attention: Game Drive Bookings only at the camp!
Please note:
With immediate effect NWR asks for a key deposit of N$ 500,-
from all visitors staying at the resort.
Cancellation policy:
A non-refundable and a non-transferable 10 % Deposit which will be used as (*) = cancellation handling fee, must be paid
within 48-hours after the bookings were confirmed. Failure to
pay the deposit results in cancellation of such bookings. Full payment must be made 60 days prior to arrival date.
